TRASCËNDENTAL was formed in 1994 in Palencia (Spain) by members from different locations. The first line-up was:
Armando García: guitars/vocals (Madrid)
Carlos Centeno: drums (Palencia)
César Sánchez: bass (Burgos)
Pedro Bastida (ex-Metal Militia): guitars (Burgos)
In 1995, the band started to play live shows and recorded the demo "Uncertain Future" at Armando Records Studios (it has nothing to do with Armando García) in Valladolid. That demo would become their debut album "Behind..." one year later, released through the label Gore Records.
In 1996, Pedro Bastida was replaced by Dani Hedesa (ex- Burial Ground) who came from Valladolid, and TRASCËNDENTAL continued to play as many shows as possible all over the country. During the next two years there were several changes in the line-up. Miguel Rodríguez from Madrid (bass), Luis González from Madrid (drums, ex-THRASHFUSION), Chema Herrero from Valladolid (guitars) and Tachu from Valladolid (bass, ex-BURIAL GROUND) were members who passed through the band. Finally, the last line-up was:

Dani Hedesa: guitars
Tachu: bass
Carlos Centeno: drums
With that line-up, in 1998, the band recorded their second work: "Dimensions", and started performing some gigs again.
During their existence, TRASCËNDENTAL shared stage with many bands of those years, like ABSORBED, DISMAL, DORMANTH SOUL (previously DORMANTH), KNELL ODYSSEY, SETH, THRASHFUSION, MOL, STORBAIS, MURO, FINISH AFRICAE, ONASSIS´ DAY...
Almost in the year 2000, Armando left TRASCËNDENTAL and the rest of the band decided split-up.
In 2013, Xtreem Music proposed to Armando the re-issue of the two albums of the band, so they began to work on the “Nothingness” Project, a CD that contains both recordings with remastered sound and excellent presentation that was finally released in September 2014.
